ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) helps you deal with problems and difficult emotions in a skilful way. ACT stands for Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. The key concept is: -Accept what’s out of your personal control -Commit to actions that improve your life • It’s a very active form of therapy/coaching. It’s not just talking about your problems and feelings, it’s also a lot of doing. Our aim here is to work together as a team, to help you be the sort of person you want to be and build the sort of life you want to live. • Part of this approach involves learning skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings in a better way, so they have less impact and influence over you.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, you will need to do so at least 48h in advance. Later cancellation will be fully charged.
